I’ve been doing some short runs and getting back on the road after my little knee issue on Mt. Baker. Although the IT band still gets a little angry around 5 miles, my foam roller seems to be helping.
This knee issue isn’t anything new. I spent a couple months going to physical therapy a few years back when I was working on my Everest Endeavor project. So, it’s old news really and will just take some time. The focus now is getting stronger in general. Getting back on the climbing wall and getting back to the gym.
Summer is starting and I’ve got some big plans! I just need to the snow to melt a little more 😉
